Establishment of the Palestinian Professional Women in the Business Sphere Network – PPWN

The PPWN will be established to support young professional aspiring and rising young women leaders' advancement to senior decision making and leadership positions within Palestinian corporates, firms and medium to large businesses. The network aims to empower them to advocate for their rights, foster gender equality and women empowerment and inclusivity.

The overall purpose of this project is to establish a core network of young professional women from various industries, businesses, and corporations, to facilitate peer-to-peer learning, to develop leadership skills and competencies, and to for gender equality. The project seeks to remove obstacles to the advancement of professional women to senior leadership positions within their respective organizations. Ultimately, the project aims to enhance, strengthen, and create the capacities and systems that support professional females, enabling them to inform, influence and undertake actions that address the needs of women, girls, men, and boys, leading to equal outcomes
